Refund policy

Products can be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after the item has been shipped. The item must be unused, unopened and returned in the same exact condition received by a customer. The items must also be in original packaging, unmodified and sealed(where applicable). If the item has been opened or not returned in the condition in which it was received by the customer, it may only qualify for a partial refund. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded in cases of Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations. We charge a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the total refund amount for any and all items that has been returned opened and seal has been broken. If items has been used excessively, the amount of a partial refund will be at our discretion.
