Because we ship items out very fast, once we ship we cannot make changes to the order. 

Some orders are insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your items has arrived to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you choose to opt out of signature confirmation, we will not be responsible for any theft or damage
